SRX10234692: 5 instar-O colony-16:8-R3
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 39.4M spots, 11.8G bases, 3.5Gb downloads

Design: For transcriptome sequencing, total RNA from O. furnacalis fifth instar larvae of O colony reared in long daylenth (L:D=16:8) were collected and extracted using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, CA, USA). Sequencing libraries were generated constructed using an the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA), and sequencing was also performed on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.

show Abstracthide Abstract
Ostrinia furnacalis is an important economic insect of corn , sugarcane, millet, sorghum, etc. in Asian to western Pacific lands. Due to its phenotypic plasticity in voltinism, ACB can survival in either north cool temperate region or south tropical area. The voltinism of ACB may alter under global climate change. so we developed a highly reliable genome resource for O. furnacalis using Illumina and PacBio sequencing platforms.
